J Carb Chemicals is a renowned producer and supplier of Activated Carbon as well as Activated Charcoal. We have been manufacturing Premium Activated Carbon made from high-quality Coconut Shell Charcoal in Powder and Granular forms for over a decade, and they are available in any size and specification based on customer requirements.
Our range of Activated Carbon is used for various residential & industrial applications like Water Treatment, Air Purification, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gold extract and many other applications. In 2012, the company was founded with the goal of producing superior activated carbon made entirely from coconut shells. The partners' extensive industry knowledge allows them to be proactive in developing innovative activated carbon and charcoal products for a wide range of applications.

Cleaning and Sizing
Small stones and contaminants are removed from the charcoal obtained from the suppliers by passing it through a shaker screen, and then the charcoal size is separated.
Activation Process
As the process vessel, a rotary kiln is linked to a settling chamber and a waste heat recovery boiler with a chimney. A wire rope hoist is used to lift the granulated charcoal into the storage bin. A variable speed conveyor transports granulated charcoal from storage bins to the kiln at a consistent rate.
To create pore structured carbon, the charcoal is gradually heated in the kiln to a temperature of 800-900 degrees Celsius, and steam from a waste heat recovery boiler is impinged on the hot charcoal. A cooling coil and a rotary cooler are used to collect this product at temperatures below 50 degrees Celsius.
